Barony Hall is one of the most historic buildings associated with the University of Strathclyde. In 2010, the University's new Baroque pipe organ was unveiled there - contructed by Orgelbau Koegler, it is the first Bach-style organ ever to be commissioned in the UK, providing an invaluable opportunity for audiences and students alike to experience the music of J S Bach – and others – as authentically as possible. Along with the Ramshorn Theatre, it hosts concerts and events associated with the University of Strathclyde, as well as groups such as Cappella Nova.
