The Glasgow Philharmonic Male Voice Choir has over 60 active choristers, divided into the normal sections used by male voice arrangements. The choir's Principal Conductor is William Barr and their accompanist is Anna Mavromatidi.
The choir is based in Glasgow, but draws its members are from all parts of west and central Scotland, and meet in Glasgow every week for rehearsal during the winter (September to May). The Glasgow Philharmonic Choir was formed from the Partick Male Voice Choir in 1925, and have sung in some of the city's most prestigeous venues, giving concerts every year.
