Glasgow Phoenix Choir

The Glasgow Phoenix Choir is an adult mixed voice choir of 110 singers, which rose from the ashes of the famous Glasgow Orpheus Choir in 1951. With roots in the city for over 108 years, it performs twice a year in the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall and undertakes up to forty other concerts including at least two short tours each year. From Orkney to the Borders the choir prides itself in taking live music to the people of Scotland and further afield. With a repertoire from the classics, sacred music, Scots songs, popular music and 'songs from the shows it performs to a wide and appreciative public.
