1.3 you warrant that the material you submit is not obscene, offensive, defamatory of any person or otherwise illegal

1.4 you agree not to post material which is deliberately intended to upset other users

1.5 you agree that you will not post falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage us or any third party and that you will refrain from posting any Offensive Material.

1.6 indemnify Glasgow UNESCO City of Music against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by Glasgow UNESCO City of Music as a result of your breach of the above warranty; and

1.7 waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on glasgowcityofmusic.com and the purposes specified above.

1.8 you agree not to post advertisements or solicitations of business.

4. Notification of Abuse Procedures
