There's not much Adam Fischer doesn't know about Haydn. He's one of the few conductors to have conducted all of Haydn's symphonies, which may not sound too impressive unless you know that there are 104 of them. Here he brings his expertise with the guv'nor of classicism to three vintage pieces: the Nelson Mass, a scene from the opera Berenice and Symphony No 101 'The Clock'. The SCO Chorus appears alongside featured soloists Elizabeth Watts, Clare Wilkinson, Andrew Staples and Neal Davies.
